Hello, I have recently tried wheatgrass for all of it’s benefits but was told to drink it in the morning before breakfast. My day is quite busy and I just don’t have time to drink it on an empty stomach. Will I still get the benefits from it by drinking it maybe an hour after eating or so?

I’m pretty health-conscious myself and a typical day’s meals would be like:
Breakfast: Whole, natural, organic, multi-grain oatmeal that is unflavored with two tablespoons flaxseed, five dried apricots, a handful of blueberries, 12 almonds, and a glass of milk, some water, and some green tea

Lunch: Three ounces of chicken in a flaxseed, multi-grain and whole-wheat wrap, with avocado and various vegetables, plus tea, plus a banana, plus another salad

Snack: Some strawberries, milk, and cheese maybe

Dinner: 3 ounces salmon, huge salad, sweet potato "fries" that are baked sweet potatoes with herbs

Dessert: Two squares dark chocolate, fruit, tea, milk, almonds

So yeah, I aim to eat as healthfully as possible especially for my skins; lol, I’m only 15 but I’m already looking hugely into age prevention, and I was wondering if a multivitamin would help me? Do they even have any effect and do our bodies absorb them well?
Yepp, I only eat organic and natural foods, and I try to stay away from fast and processed foods because I have pretty bad ADD and noticed that some of the chemicals in them tend to make me sleepy or decrease my academic or athletic performance. Haha, I might go into dermatology and stuff, so I’m pretty into nutrition and it’s effects on the skin.
